With over three decades of progressive leadership experience, I am eager to share my expertise with executives and emerging leaders. My career journey—from early sales roles to serving as VP of U.S. Sales, where I was responsible for billions in revenue, and later leading DE&I initiatives for the U.S.—has been defined by developing high-performing teams, driving revenue growth, and mentoring future leaders. Leading diverse global teams has given me a unique perspective on fostering collaboration, navigating complex markets, and achieving sustainable growth.

Throughout my career, I have focused on elevating both emerging and established leaders. I have cultivated leadership skills that inspire exceptional performance and measurable results, designed and implemented strategic sales initiatives, and coached teams on closing high-stakes deals. My hands-on experience in the field has been instrumental in helping leaders optimize their effectiveness in motivating their teams, building strong client relationships, and achieving consistent results.

Leveraging my success in high-impact roles and my dedication to leadership development, I am committed to guiding executives to unlock their potential, develop their teams, foster innovation, and lead with confidence and clarity in today’s dynamic business environment.

Prior to founding My Executive Coach in 2021, Geri distinguished herself as a significant contributor on executive teams in her role as VP of Human Resources. She was recognized as Executive of the Year, received the award for Outstanding Excellence in Human Resources and was frequently sought to speak about the impact of Emotional Intelligence in the workplace.

Having been an internal coach for global leaders, Geri’s warm and personal style impacted hundreds of leaders and managers improve their personal effectiveness, guiding them through the coaching process that helped energize, engage and inspire the people that reported to them.

A graduate of Syracuse University, Geri also completed post graduate studies in Creative Problem Solving, participated in leadership programs and training at the Center for Creative Leadership, is Certified in Mediation and Conflict Resolution and co-founded and was past president of the WNY Chapter of the International Coaching Federation.

Geri has studied with and was mentored by some of the best coaches in the industry, Marshall Goldsmith, Ann Van Eron, Dorothy Siminovich, Marcia Reynolds and learned unique coaching approaches at the Gestalt Institute at Cleveland, the Gestalt International Study Center, Benchmark Coaching and she continues to learn and practice state-of-the art coaching methods, techniques and concepts.
